저의 소울푸드는 김치찌개가 1번입니다~^^
김치 1c 참치 150g 양파1/3 대파1/4 두부1/4모 김치국물1/4c 마늘 1ts
1/4 green onion, 1/3 onion, 150g tuna, 1c mellow kimchi, 1Ts crushed garlic, 1/4C kimchi juice, 1/4 block of tofu
1. 잘 익은 김치에 참치캔기름을 넣고 충분히 볶아준다.
2. 양파를 넣고 살짝 볶은뒤, 물을 붓고 끓여줍니다.
3. 마늘, 김치국물, 참치.두부. 대파를 넣고 끓여줍니다.
4. 간을 보시고, 싱거우면 소금간을 신맛이 강하면 설탕을 넣어줍니다.
1.Add canned tuna oil to mellow kimchi and fry.
2. Add onion and cook until it gets lightly toasted. Cover with water; bring it to a boil.
3. Add garlic, kimchi juice, tuna, tofu and green onion and bring to a boil.
4. Add some salt if it is too bland or add sugar if it is sour.
