    3. 魚の頭を右に向け、お腹に切り込みを入れて内臓をかき出す。
    4. 流水でよく洗って水気を拭き取り、全体に塩をふる。

    ※塩焼きにする場合にはヒレや尻尾が焦げないように化粧塩をするか、アルミホイルで巻く。
    ※すぐに食べない場合は、塩をふって20分ほど置き、出てきた水分を拭き取ってラップなどで密閉し、冷蔵庫へ。
