    ➞ Ingredients (makes 12 servings):
    ▽ Tuna Balls
    1x 6 or 7oz Can of Tuna – drained and broken up with a fork
    1 Large Egg – Beaten
    1/4 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
    2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 tsp Golden Flaxseed Meal
    1 Heaping Tbsp Mayonnaise (I used 20ml)
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 tsp Onion Powder
    1/4 tsp Sea Salt
    Optional: 1 Tbsp Olive Oil for Baking (I didn’t use this)

    ▽ Breading/Coating
    3 Tbsp Almond Flour
    1/2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
    1/8 tsp Sea Salt
    1/8 tsp Black Pepper

    ➞ Directions:
    1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prep a baking sheet with parchment paper or tinfoil. (Grease with optional oil, I just used cooking spray)
    2. In a medium bowl, mix all tuna ball ingredients together.
    3. In a separate, smaller bowl, mix the breading/coating ingredients together.
    4. Roll tuna mixture into 12 balls and then roll into the breading/coating mixture. Place evenly on baking sheet.
    5. Bake for 14 mins or until lightly golden. Turn them half way through baking (7mins in).
    6. Remove from oven and serve.
