  • GMO free, gluten free, salmon veggie burger.
    Around 1/2 c onion chopped, 1/2 c frozen garden parley, 1/2 c frozen garden peppers, 1 small carrot coarsely grated, small piece of celery diced small pieces. One can red salmon (do not drain) 2 beaten eggs, 1 cooked potato grated with skin. Optional 1 T of hemp seeds and 1 T chia seeds, 1 t mild cayenne pepper and 1/2 t sea salt. Make patties and fry in equal amount of butter and coconut oil til browned on both sides. A non stick pan is needed as it will stick badly to a stainless steel pan. Some non stick pans release fumes and can be toxic. I use stainless steel pan and deal with the sticking of food. I should have checked on it sooner and added more butter and turned down the heat sooner. That may have helped with the sticking to bottom. Bottom part was crispy though and only one patty leftover.
